Terms
Terms of service
These are the terms for using Something Blue, made by 168th Street Entertainment, LLC, doing business as Framework Studio ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Something Blue is a planning tool for a wedding: events, vendors, dates, lists, notes, a shared Wall, and Olive, an AI planning assistant. It does not build a wedding website, process vendor payments, or give legal, financial or medical advice.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older and give accurate sign-in details.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for who you hand invite links to. Everyone you invite can see and edit the whole plan.
- One wedding per account in the current version.
Your content
What you put into Something Blue is yours. You give us the licence needed to store it, show it to your members, and run the features you use (including sending Olive the plan summary described in the privacy policy). Do not upload content you have no right to share, or anything unlawful, hateful or harassing. We can remove content or accounts that break these terms.
Olive
Olive's replies are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. Check anything that matters (dates, prices, vendor claims) before relying on it. Olive has usage limits so the service stays affordable for everyone; the app tells you when you reach one. You can report an unhelpful or offensive reply from inside the conversation.
Something Blue Plus
If a paid subscription is offered in your version, it is billed through Google Play or the App Store under their terms, renews until cancelled, and can be cancelled from your store account at any time. Free trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Refunds follow the store's policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Something Blue up and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features can change. If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your plan (CSV export is already in the app).
Liability
Something Blue is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the service, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licence for data still in a shared plan, liability, governing law) do.
Governing law
Missouri law governs these terms. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts for St. Louis County, Missouri.
